Structural characteristics of spindle devices
The spindle device of the winder is composed of a fixed drum, a main shaft of movable drum (only for dual drum), two bearing blocks, rope adjusting mechanism (for dual drum only), which is used to wind or release the wire rope. The single-drum winder wire rope is overlap, and the movable drum of dual-drum winder is underlap; the fixed drum is overlap, and the lining wood is mounted on the drum.
The drums of winder are designed according to the latest elastic theory, and the high strength low alloy steel Q345A is used as the shell material. There are two types:
integral welding and partial screw connection. In order to facilitate the maintenance or replacement in the operation, split type can be made.
